There is no translation.
Demiforce attempted to do it, but his...skillz didn't allow him to crack the Kanji's Strange ASM code.
Meaning, until SOMEONE comes along and brakes that code. (Kanji = TEXT) There will never be a translation.

And even if someone DID start on it,it's practically a text-only game. It'd take MONTHS to translate.

the only reason it even DESERVES to be spoken of is that its the "supposed" Chrono Trigger sequal
