I was directed to open up the HU-GO!.ini file to access options for controllers and screen size but i don't know where to find this file. there is a notepad file that i can read but i didnt see anything i can adjust. please help

If you open up the HU-GO!.ini file there's many options in there that allow you to change settings like the resolution, sound, and controllers.
I assume it uses directinput for controllers but it might not, try it out and see if it works with your gamepads.
I didn't like any of the PC Engine emulators, they all had different problems for me :(
