I have the messiah and it rocks....DMS also has a good reputation but feedback i get from my fellow ps2 traders is that the Messiah is still the best.

i couldent turn the dev.olution mode down its was just too cool
plus the dms3 is upgradeable through cd-r from their site so any boot problem will be fixed via that.

I'm too much of a wuss to try to instal a modchip (not to mention my first PS2's disc drive broke on it''s own, so the last thing I'd want to do is tamper with the thing), so I'm just going with the mod chip. Not perfect, but it's easy:thumbup:
