D&D 2 working Rom???

Where can I find an american rom version of this game and that works with Nebula1.2 or any other emulator??

PS.: I downloaded this rom on ACEROMS.COM (http://www.aceroms.com) but when I tried to play on Nebula, two files were missing: the decoder files (dd2ux.03d and dd3ux.04d)

The new nebula came out,the game works on it but use the jap version,press f4 while in game to make a cheat screen pop up,then set the region to USA press escape tehn f3 to reset all feilds to have the USA version.
