yeah they've been havin problems lately. so just use the translation you can find anywhere.

no, they only have the fricking patch, which requires the fricking original jap version, which is nowhere to be found

You know where to get the patch
You know where to get the game in Jap
Go fig!

Use Snestool apply the patch.
Read the readme file of the patch thoroughly to see if the size of the game is correct. If not than add header to the game (also done using Snestool).

Where did you d/l the patch? I just d/l the patch from http://dejap.zsnes.com/top.htm to double check.

I could read the readme file just fine.

If the rom size (unzipped) is 6,291,968 bytes-- 6144.5 Kb that means it's good.
If it's 6,291,456 bytes--6144 Kb that means it has no header. To add a header use Snestool.
After that's done make a copy of the unzipped ToP ROM and put it somewhere else.
Apply the Top_gd7u.ips patch on one and Top_dx2u.ips on the other ROM.
One of'em should work fine in English.
