You don't have to. Just go to edit your signature and enter url
url is where the gif is of the turtle I showed you in the post. It was in general>sprite ripping way below in the forum by now. Right-click on the turtle gif-->click properties and highlight the whole url. Copy it (Ctrl+c)
Paste it (Ctrl+v) where I showed you between the and you should have a turtle in your signature.
As long as that gif remains there it will stay linked.
