can anyone tell me where to get KOF99 that works with NeoRageX?

how? which button? i clicked on KOF 99 and some **** about get right came up.

There should be a picture of a Winzip window. Just click on each of the file names to download them. When you have finished use WinRar to unzip all the files into an empty folder, and then zip them all up into one zip file using Winzip.
