First of all, when I enter the dipswitches menu, I can change the Software Dips perfectly, but I can't figure out how to set the Hardware Dips. Is it possible to alter these settings? Also, what does that thing do (I forget what the menu item's called) where you can enter a four digit code of some sort?
This second question might be a little easier. I used to have a version of the NeoGeo BIOS that had support for "Giga Power" games (such as KoF'99 and Metal Slug X), but I don't have it anymore. Anyone know where I can get it? Also, does it work with MAME, or is it only for NeoRAGEx?
Lastly, when I used the Giga Power BIOS before, it didn't allow me to set the dipswitches for some odd reason. Is there a way around this?
Thanks,

Metal Slug X is already supported in the newest NeoRageX version, and even though KOF99 is not in the tested rom section, if you can get the rom, hit import, it'll appear as the file's name(example:KOF99.zip?) and runs fine.

It's true I tell you! I really DID have a Giga Power BIOS!!!
I remember where I downloaded it from too! I got it from GeoShock (http://www.geoshock.com/), but apparently they've removed all of their ROMs, as well as their BIOS images. I think I know why... they used to leech the download links from Bob's Arcade Emulation Page (the sister site of Arcade@Home), but now Bob's put some sort of bandwidth filter up that they can't seem to bypass.
Oh yeah, and who else agrees with me that Bob is actually an alternate alias of Tim Eckel? I think it's quite possible, seeing as his site used to have THE EXACT SAME LAYOUT of Arcade@Home, and Tim would post update info about Bob's page about three seconds after Bob updated it.

Dry Ice ... ALL BIOS FILES ARE THE SAME.. do you know what the Giga power is..!?!?!?... Giga power games are all RECENT games.. wanna know why.. because they are "Gigabit's"... all Neo Geo games are totaly diffrent in graphical bit sizes.... some goes from 90.. to 600...
damn it... arrg.. i had a magazine that had all of them when i was small.. too bad i cant find i anymore :( ... but they were for all the old games..

Oh, so sorry to make you angry mister emulation genius god master of the fucking universe... I look for a little help and you start announcing how much of a "k-rad supah l33t mastah" you are and all that shit. Wow, you know what Giga games are and I don't, big fucking deal.
It's just that this BIOS displays the Gigapower startup logo when loading KoF'99 or Metal Slug X (like in a real Neo*Geo machine).
And the BIOS is not the same, fucktard. It was specifically listed as a different BIOS. Why the hell would they make two BIOS downloads available on the site if they were the SAME FUCKING THING? Wouldn't that just take up server space, if I'm not mistaken?

Right I'm gonna put an end to this here and now, these are the facts:
1)There ARE two different Neo-Geo BIOS sets, one is the standard BIOS and one is the debug BIOS (sort of like an Action Replay for the Neo).
2)The standard Neo-Geo BIOS runs ALL games, Giga Power was just a name given to the system that SNK used to address the higher memory which they needed to develope bigger games above the orginal 330 Mega Bit limit.

I recall having a BIOS that made the select button work in Garou:MOTW. (helpful in training mode) But I don't know which site I got it from anymore and I deleted my accidentally:(
