Terry, you can play in English on Nebula if you press F4 I think it is (for the cheat menu) and switch the region to USA.

these games are being dumped not by time based released but by those who ask for them,
see if look a while back peolpe where asking for xmen vs street fighter,and after enough nagging well looky.....its out!
and if you take a lok at www.geoshock.com you'll notice that some of them arent decripted yet and they do show which ones that are going to be soon released.
i think theres even a place on that site that shows which ones are in development. :)

In case you wherent aware of it yet friend,
cpsshock site isnt the same place where the decripted roms are made.they are only donated to that site.
the ones decripting the roms are unkown yet they are easaly found if searched the right way.......or so i've been told,anyhoot dont bother with cps2shock for the roms they never give them,unless you call the decripts roms which they arent :)
I'll look more into it and give you the link once i find whatever i'm looking for.

razoola is the only person who decrypts the arcade roms
people donate the arcade roms to cps2shock which razoola runs and he decrypts them
currently he has nearly all the game roms but he will only decrypt them in order
im not making this stuff up so dont say im wrong mkay

Eh? Gambit I'm not sure where you get your information, but both on CPS2shock and retrogame's CPS2 message board it's very clear that cps2shock is razoola's site, he's the one creating the decryption tables, and that cps2shock is where they are released.
Yes, the boards are donated, and no he doesn't create the actual ROM dumps of the board, but yes, he uses the boards to make the XOR decryption tables.
It's also been made very clear that currently they are only dumping games that have been released prior to or during 1997.
Here's an excerpt from their news archives (the actual page can be found here (http://cps2shock.retrogames.com/oldnews/012001.html) at the post marked 09/01/2001):


"Just to clarify a couple of things people are asking me allot after yesterdays announcement.
CPS2shock will not be dumping any games released after 1997 for a long long time to come.

and I know that the XOR tables are now done from razula cause Dave from final burn (r.i.p) sayed he would never even try it.i had long talk on email with dave and i'm sure i dont know alot about this but i do know this.........Its taking way too long for thes awsome roms to come out!:(

the only good street fighter that i ever likes was theorigional, the 2d graphics for the arcade, i once won an arcade system for street fighter, but it broke when i was like 15 becuase i had a party and it tipped over and shattered the screen.. hat really sucked... i didnt even have to pay for it =)

Okay, for the last time, you can't play CPS2 games until the decryption tables are released. The ROMs themselves may have been dumped, but they are still encrypted and thus unplayable. That is why sites can have Pocket Fighters but it won't play on any emulator; because you don't have the XOR tables.
When they are released, and if the ROMs you have are good, then you will be able to play them.

actually D your wrong on one thing,
The nebula sayed it was missing a file.
The XOR file is that exact missing file,
And to enable the emulation of this game you must have it in the rom zip (Which i found out it doesnt)
So there cant make an emulator each they have a game that comes out its just stupid.
Or do they?!?.........

CPS2shock ONLY releases the XOR tables, NEVER the actual ROMs. This is to avoid legal problems and to not promote pirating.
I acquired the ROMs for powered gear and did some investigation; it seems that so far powered gear does not work on Nebula but does on MAME.
I'm looking around for a site that has the actual roms, might want to check aceroms and emuchina
